1. WHAT DO I DO IF MY HEADGEAR GET DAMAGED?
IF THE HELMET IS VISIBLY DAMAGED (CRACKED OUTER SHELL, CRUSHED OR CRACKED FOAM LINER OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE) DON’T USE IT. IN MOST CASES ALL OF THE HELMET’S PROTECTIVE CAPACITY IS USED UP WHEN IMPACTED,AND A DAMAGE MAY NOT BE VISIBLE BUT IT MAY NOT PERFORM AS IT SHOULD IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT.
2. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DOES MY HELMET COME WITH?
ANY MATRIX HELMET DETERMINED BY MATRIX TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE ORDER DATE, WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED, AS SOON AS HELMET RECEIVED TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. 3. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
AS LONG AS YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED, AND IF YOU CREATED AN ACCOUNT WHEN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, YOU CAN LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY ENTERING YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD, WHERE YOUC EASILY MODIFY YOUR EXISTING ORDER, EG. 4. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED & OBTAIN A REFUND? (PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM MATRIX HELMETS)
WE WILL REFUND FULL VALUE OF THE ORDER, REFUND OF PURCHASE WILL BE GIVEN IF PRODUCT RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE SHOWN ON THE INVOICE SUPPLIED WITH THE GOODS PURCHASED PLEASE NOTE 1. ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUNDS MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SUPPLIED. 2. PROOF OF PURCHASE SUCH AS INVOICE WILL BE REQUIRED. 3. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE RETURN POSTAGE FEE 4. 6. CAN I PAINT MY HELMET?
MATRIX HELMET CAN NOT RECOMMEND TO APPLY ANY SOLVENT MATERIALS ON A PROTECTION HEADGEAR, SOLVENT MATERIALS CAN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE HELMET PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES AND IN SOME CASES DAMAGE THE SHELL.
